As Office Manager & Team Lead for Feldman Law Group, Priscilla Ryen oversees the firm's daily operations, human resources, administrative systems, and client experience. Working closely with the attorneys and staff, she helps ensure the firm operates efficiently while maintaining the high level of personalized service clients have come to expect. Since joining the firm in 2017, Priscilla has played an integral role in its continued growth by strengthening operations, implementing efficient systems, leading hiring and onboarding, supporting employee development, and enhancing the overall client experience. She is passionate about creating an organized, welcoming environment where both clients and team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
With more than 30 years of experience in administration, customer service, marketing, and business operations, Priscilla brings a strong background in building systems and processes, developing teams, and creating exceptional client experiences. Prior to joining Feldman Law Group, her career included administrative support for regional sales at Pentax and sales and marketing with Harley-Davidson Financial Services.
Priscilla believes exceptional client service begins with listening, thoughtful communication, and genuine care. She strives to ensure every client feels welcomed, informed, and supported from their very first interaction with the firm.
Originally from Wisconsin, Priscilla enjoys spending her free time with her husband and volunteering in Bible education. Together, they have shared in that work for more than 35 years, including serving Russian-speaking communities in both the Midwest and California.
